Lucky Draw Audit

With effect from 1 February 2023, the following gambling services will be regulated under a class licence regime, administered by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore (GRA):

• Trade Promotion Games and Lotteries, e.g. lucky draw conducted by a company as part of its marketing promotion
• Cause-related Games of Chance and Lotteries, e.g. lucky draw conducted by a public authority to promote public objectives such as public safety and security
• Survey-related Games of Chance and Lotteries, e.g. lucky draw conducted by an education provider to encourage participation in a survey
• Incidental Games of Chance and Lotteries, e.g. lucky draw conducted at a company’s Dinner and Dance event
